Savinelli Dry System Smooth Pipes

Good pipe! I’ve got 3 Savinelli pipes and like the other 2, it’s a good pipe smokes easy doesn’t get too hot and is an attractive pipe! Wish I’d bought three!

The Savinelli Dry System Smooth 620 was much smaller than I had imagined, but is a nice pipe and smokes well. The "Dry System" seems to be fairly effective and since I have a strong draw the slight lessening of flow because of the filter doesn't bother me. The pipe seems to be well made and I have enjoyed it so far.

Savinelli makes the best pipe imo. This small one is great when i don't have the time for a full size bowl. Its a nice addition to my ever growing collection.

I bought the Dry System 613. This is the 2nd pipe I bought, and I have say, I wish I would have bought this pipe first. I don't know if it is the filters or being that it is a dry system, or maybe due to both. So far I have not had any tongue bite and I have really enjoyed the smoke of this pipe.

I have a Peterson and Savinelli system pipe but prefer the Savinelli because I like the way the balsa filter works in combination with the system features. Best of both worlds and a nice smooth and dry smoke without a lot of fuss.

The Dry System really works. No need to stop piping my favorite tobacco with this new pipe.

It’s a savinelli, it’s a system pipe, it’s got a “P-Lip” style mouthpiece. What can I say? Great pipe all around. My only complaint is that it’s a bit on the small side, as are all the Savinelli System pipes, it seems. This 614 smokes for about a half hour, but the quality of the experience is great. I smoke without the filter, so it gets a bit gurgly at times, but hey that’s what pipe cleaners are for. The army mount makes it easy to pop the stem off mid-smoke too if need be. Overall, a great pipe. I hope Savinelli comes out with bigger versions of the Dry system to really compete with peterson, as I feel Savs are better in overall quality. I recommend this pipe.
