This was not a good selection for me. Virginia was of good quality but could not taste honey or vanilla - perhaps I got a bad tin. Other Seattle Pipe Club tin flavors have been very good.

I recently ordered four different blends of pipe tobacco from P&C. While all quality blends, for my pallet, Pioneer Square was the most satisfying. For myself, this blend, had the most satisfying blend of flavors with the least amount of bite and heat. This blend also burned fully and evenly, often after the initial lighting. Never been a fan of anything "Seattle" until now

Lights easy and stays lit, but burns hot; though the tin I got seemed to be a little dry so that might be the problem. Tin note smells great. Flavoring is very light allowing the flavor of the tobaccos to shine through.
