Pretty standard pipe tool. I've bought the same one multiple times before. The only complaint I have about this tool, is that over time the tamper loosens and will fall off. It has happened with every one I have owned thus far. They are cheap enough I keep buying them, but it is definitely a design flaw.

Perfect 3-in-1 tamper tool that I use every single time I smoke. It's the perfect size for my pipes and fits well in my hand. Highly recommend every pipe smoker to grab one of these, especially at this great price!

Nice tool with packing piece, pick, and flat scraper. I hope the tool stays in one piece for some time. I would rate it five star.

It does the job just nicely

I normally carry golf tees with me when I travel here and there, but they can not get in the small spaces of my favorite cobs. The pick on this is just right to be able to get where I need to get.

Good tool to carry with you at a good price

Had some with the wood sides and they did not hold up - anchor pins would slip and come out leaving the blades wobbling or falling out. This tool stays together and does the job well.

This tool is well bilt and the tamper works great. The reason for the 4 stars is because the pick can scrape down the bowl if you aren't paying attention. I mainly use the CZ tool because they are light and simple to use. This is more refined and has some weight to it, unlike the cheap CZ tool. The scraper works fine as does the pick.

Good tool, it does the job and it's shaped like a pipe. It's spring activated too, which is an upgrade.

I know, a pipe tool. Hmmm? I like the shape of it. It is sturdy and well built. It works well. I own a variety of pipe tools and seem to misplace them occassionaly. This one is pleasing to my eye.

The idea of being a premium pipe tool, is nice. Metal used in this is soft, and the poker is very wobbly for how long it is. Not much is better, than an old nail from the garage.

Good tool. Could be a bit smaller but that is only a personal preference. The scraper shape is odd though. I think a better shape is one that is slightly convex as that seems to fit pipe bowls a bit better.

I like the shape of this pipe cleaning tool; different than any of my others. It does the job and looks cool in the the process. I recommend it highly and the price was great.

Great Tool! Gives a little more tool than the standard 3-n-1 tool for a reasonable price. I keep these everywhere because they do more than built in lighter pipe tools and are not "heart-breakers" when fellow pipe smokers "forget" to return them to you.

I recently received this tool as part of a great package of cob pipes and tobaccos from Pipes &Cigars. I have several pipe tools and think that this is a nice one. One benefit that most do not have is that the large rounded end opposite the tamping end is great for capping a bowl when performing a false light or when you need to extinguish a bowl quickly and it is too hot to cover with your thumb. I saw one review where someone mentioned that they had not mastered the scrapper blade. The trick to the scraper blade is to clench the blade itself on the finger groove and not to hold the body of the tool in order to stabilize the blade. Also I will point out that I only scrape a pipe after a significant cake forms, so this feature might get used only after I have smoked a pipe 20+ times. The slim design makes it reasonable to carry in your pocket although I usually carry a simpler lighter tool when not at home.

I like the shape & the way it feels in my hand. I haven't mastered the use of the scraping tool yet.

It was great. Very handsome. It is also currently lost. Why is it so difficult to keep up with a pipe tool?

It works great at home and good on the move, even in your pocket, but the tamper end is just wedged/pushed on and might come off in your pocket ... for that reason, I will probably get a cheap "nail" when they are back in stock just to carry around.
