Super Value Bourbon Whiskey is a terrific blend! Have tried many different tobaccos from most of the major companies but this one is special ideeed. It is not goopy or overly moist and comes in a pouch that is not sealed so it can breathe. The scent is powerful and in your face but the taste is reasonable with a sweetness that is just right. For the price this is a fantastic value and if you like this I would recommend Borkum Riff Bourbon Whiskey as well, they have enough differences to not be redundant. The only way to know is to try it for yourself but was blown away by how good this tobacco is, far surpassed any and all expectations.

This is really good tobacco. From an old Hungarian family of pipe smokers, us old men, who smoked a traditional old school brand; this has less bite, less aroma and 1/2 a bowl burns fine! Price is cooolll!!

I like the taste with no bite. It is a good contrast to the other lighter blends I smoke.

Great flavor with no bite! I had to let my tobacco dry out a good bit. It was to moist to begin with. But I let it dry out for a few days and it was much better!

I’ve been enjoying this blend good anytime smoke good with coffee and 100 proof bourbon is nice when adding some dark fired Kentucky. Cool smoking aro and not to sweet! Can’t beat the price give it a try

Smooth and smells great! Stays lit well and also stays fresh in pouch for a long time. Excellent product!

A mild blend with a very subdued flavor with just a hint of whiskey and a light sweetness. Stays smooth to the end and develops a nice creaminess half way down the bowl. As I said, the flavor is subdued and perhaps a bit too much so for me personally. Still, a commendable blend and one that I will smoke on its own from time to time and will definitely use as a mixer to broaden the flavors a bit.

Not a bad smoke for the price.

This size gives people a good trial size. The wrapper can be used as a pouch, but it is not as good as a pouch, nor will it keep the tobacco as fresh as a humidor. Try out a tobacco and see.

First time trying this and I like it. I added the pouch of Black Cavendish that was sent and dried both together (way too moist). A lot more economical than Borkum Riff Bourbon Whiskey which is my first choice.

Great, sweet smelling pipe tobacco.

I am a veteran cigar smoker who occasionally dabbles in pipe smoking. I bought this to try out in a new Missouri Meerschaum pipe I purchased, along with a 1.5 oz bag of Super Value Buttered Rum. This blend knocked my socks off, to be honest. The bag note has a VERY strong bourbon scent, which worried me a little. However, once lit, the bourbon flavor is just perfect. This blend supplies you with thick, cool smoke, with what I consider to be the perfect amount of sweetness. For me, this could easily be an all-day smoker. I have tried pipe tobacco blends at three times this price that weren't nearly as satisfying. I will be ordering the big bag very soon!

Good burning tobacco with a hint of bourbon flavor and easy burning.

I was hopin it would actually taste like it was soaked in bourban and whiskey... Sadly I detected NO smell OR taste at all let alone what I was hopin for. Sadly...I dont see myself orderin anymore of this flavor in the future.

It can be difficult finding blends with a flavor I enjoy and an aroma my wife likes. We were pleasantly surprised by this tobacco. It has become one of my mainstays and the price is an added bonus.

This is a good tobacco for a gentle smoke because of the whiskey hints in it. It's not top notch but it is good quality. I enjoy it the most in the evening.

This pipe tobbacco is a great smoke! It has the smooth and mellow taste of whiskey and no bite. It smokes cool and has a good burn. It's a great tobbacco at a great price. When compared to some of the higher end tobaccos I think it holds its own. I would buy this tobbacco again.
