If you want a chocolate blend that's subtle and smooth, Sutliff Chocolate Supreme will be right in your wheelhouse. Bright Virginias, nutty Burleys and smooth black Cavendish are combined with a soft, creamy chocolate note that enhances the tobacco flavor and lend itself to an enjoyable aroma. For a chocolate treat that's not over the top, Sutliff Chocolate Supreme is what you want.
This is a wonderful smooth chocolate flavor, smokes like it is creamy smooth and leaves the room smelling the same. I will keep this in my inventory for regular smoking and will be sure not to run out.
Was pleased with the cool and consistent burn. Wasn't sure though if I would like a chocolate based aro. Not bad, but will probably take a while for me to even finish the ounce I bought. If your a choco fan, definitely give it a try. I will most likely tuck it away in a small mason jar and .... Who knows...my taste buds might change a little ways down the road.
This is a great find for anyone looking for a light aromatic blend that could easily become your daily smoker. I received this a few days ago and have tried it in several different pipes including a couple of Viggo Nielsen's, a Tao Nielsen, a Emil Chonowitsch and a Paul Becker. This tobacco is easy to smoke all the way to the bottom of the bowl with no bad taste at all. I have nothing but good things to say about it and for me that is amazing!
Smoked from a bent stem briar pipe with adequate cake, I can say this is a very pleasant smoke for fans of mild tobaccos. It burns cool with a smooth, steady ash so occasional relights may be required but I did not find it to be a problem so long as the traditional light-tamp-light method was done correctly in the beginning. The room note is where this particular blend really defines itself. The chocolate scent is light and pleasing to the nose from start to finish. It also lacks any significant aftertaste, which is something I really love in a pipe tobacco. I strongly dislike still tasting the session on my breath hours later if I'm somewhere I can't get to a toothbrush right away when I've smoked. Sutliff's tobaccos rarely disappoint and this is a very reasonable smoke for the price. Chocolate Supreme is not a complicated flavor, but then that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Sutliff Chocolate supreme is a great tobacco for aromatic pipe smokers. It is cheap and enjoyable. One of the best bulk tobacco in my opinion. If you are worried about bulk amounts drying out, simply put it in a mason jar. This allows you to purchase more tobacco. All around this is a great smoke day to night.
