Some years back, Tatuaje released a limited edition extension to their Havana VI series called Verocu. They were a bolder version of the Havana VI, and were quite popular while they lasted. Pete Johnson had heard a lot of reuqests for these cigars since they disappeared, so he's bringing them back as a regular production line.
Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu is a standout at first glance. A gorgeous Rosado Oscuro wrapper grown in Nicaragua is a joy to behold, and underneath are a terrific collection of Nicaraguan long-fillers and binder. This robust, but not overwhelming blend smack of deep cocoa and espresso notes, with a bit of cedar and a dash of lively pepper. As much as the flavor and aroma, you'll love the excellent construction and burn of this outstanding revival.
