The Brick is back!
A lot of the P&C Faithful will remember a bundled cigar from Torano called The Brick. A lot of those chunky, box-pressed cigars went out our doors because they were solid sticks at a very fair price. A handful of years ago, The Brick disappeared. Now, Torano has brought back these value-oriented sticks. They're as good as ever, and now they come in boxes of 20, rather than bundles, but the price is still very attractive.
Carlos Torano - The Brick come in substantial ring gauges, but because of the sharp box-pressing, they don't feel quite so huge in your mouth. A dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper graces these cigars, and underneath is a Honduran Cuban-seed binder. A blend of long-fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua complete the package. Coffee, cocoa, cedar, fruit and spices are the most noticeable flavor elements, and you'll get a nice, slow-burning experience from these medium to full-bodied gems. If you want a tasty, reliable cigar that won't break the bank, Carlos Torano - The Brick is definitely worth a try.
