Fujin (the wind god) is a blend that's as unique as Tsuge pipes are. Latakia is melded with a specially processed for of fire-cured tobaccos. It's sweetened with a splash of bright Virginia and further enhanced with exotic Orientals. You'll find a singular combination of sweet, spicy and smoky elements that make for an experience that's much different than any blend you've ever tried,

One of the Best I have ever smoked!
This is reminiscent of the old original Dunhill, Davidoff and other great pipe tobaccos. Wonderful tobacco and really want you to get it back in stock.

I got it on a why not kind of whim and when you open the tin it smells one of a kind. It is a mix of a campfire mixed with seracha, it has by far been the smoothest I have ever had. It was a hell marry and it has been pleasantly surprising

Bought it to cellar so won't try it for a year or so. Sounds like a good one to tuck away for a while.

Mehhhh it’s alright, perfect for doing yard work!
This was the first of the tsuge god series for me. It has a very light body and i think this tobacco is a perfect “working out in the yard” blend. It’s not strong but the flavor is there, it would make a great all day blend and certainly shouldn’t be unconsidered. I feel like with some aging this could be an excellent tobacco but it’s very meh. It’s probably also worth noting that the room note is quite good, my fiancé had no issues with this blend as she does with some English blends I’ve smoked indoors. All around a take it or leave it, probably won’t buy anymore but not dissatisfied.

Earth, Wood, Dark Chocolate, and Coffee, which all can be felt in this smooth Tsuge Fujin smoke!!! Definitely, worth of trying

Best of the god series IMO
There are some pretty good sized pieces of tobacco in there. Quality stuff. I'm a dark fired tobacco fanatic. This stuff isn't as strong as I normally take it, but it's pretty unique in the flavor department. My personal Tsuge favorite.

Rich in latakia, a generally good smoke.

Tsuge Fujin is a fine tobacco. Its nothing over the top but it is quality. This can be an all day puff . Is mild in strength which may make it a nice choice for most. I think it's a fine choice especially for its price.

Tsuge Fujin
A mild English style tobacco, if you enjoy Latakia.

Tangy but semi smooth
First off i seen this tin and read its description. I couldnt wait to try it. Im from a small town with little tobacco choices . After receiving this tin I opened it and the smell to me was zesty or that old wood stove being fired up after setting doemat for a few years. However the taste is amazingly smooth and enjoyable. I gave 4 stars because to me it has a tongue bite after about a half a good bowl. But other than that no complaints and you get to keep the cool tim!!!!!
Customer Testimonials
This was part of the 4 tin sampler "god series" I bought after trying one tin of "ryujin"..this would be the next step after "gunjin"..when you first smell it, you get the campfire, when you smoke it you get a little bit of everything, nothing overpowers the next. It's a light medium smoke, depending on your own nose you can get anywhere from sweet, to spicy, to smokey just like it says. I think because they threw everything they were working with into the tin.. I like it, its different but consistent, it's a nice even smoke start to finish.
Upon opening the tin I was hit with a very strong, distinct, smell. You definitely smell the latakia and fire cure in this blend but what's most surprising is that nice, maple syrup sweetness that takes you by surprise in the first quarter of the bowl. Reminds me of Larrys blend with a spicy, spicy, punch behind it.
