Viking Skagen Virgin Pipes

Currently my favorite pipe. Broke in effortlessly, smokes cool and has those classic pipe looks that gets compliments.

It's not equal to a very expensive Savanelli I own, but it's still very good. No woody taste, no break-in problems, so very good for iys price range.

The first pipe came with a small twist in the stem. I contacted P & C and they replaced it without any problem. The second has a tiny twist at the bit but I am not going to ask for a replacement. It would smoke fine. It is a decent pipe but I believe I will spend a bit more and buy nicer pipes, from other manufacturers, in the future.

I'm enjoying this new pipe. I likely will purchase another.

Good little pipe smokes great

Lovely pipe. My first Rhodesian. Good weight and balance. Bowl is the perfect size for a 45 minute smoke. Handsome.

Nice draw, stem shape and size is comfortable between your teeth. The bowl feels good in your hand.

Viking pipes have become my favorites and the Skagen Virgin is a beaut. It smokes slow and smooth and makes for a very relaxing bowling experience.

I love the color, & fluted top of the rim.

Still breaking it in. Light weight and easy to hold. Smokes a little hot, but stll new. Expect it to smoke better after it builds a little crust. I think it's a good pipe.

This will quickly become one of my favorites. Good-looking pipe with an interesting grain pattern. Excellent finish. Great bowl capacity. Draws very easily. Wish I had bought this one sooner.

First new pipe purchase in years. Well constructed and looks beautiful in person. A fine addition with about 20 minutes of smoke time per application of tobacco

I should have read the specs a bit more carefully as this pipe is a bit on the petite size. I was mistakenly expecting a "320" sized Author as I prefer a beefier pipe, but this one is hardly a disappointment. It'll do just fine when a quicker smoke is in order. The craftsmanship and finish is better than expected in this price range.

I own several Viking Classics. This was the first Viking that I think burns very hot. Perhaps after even further use it will get better. It isn't up to the standard that my others have set.

Wonderful pipe! The first pipe I’ve owned that smoked continuously for me to the bottom of the bowl out of the box. And, it continues to do do so each time I light it up. An estheticaly pleasing, great smoking pipe.
