|Tobacco||Burley, Cavendish, Virginia|
|Room Note||2 - Mellow|
Virginia Gold Vanilla has been sold by a major drugstore chain for some time, and now this economical blend of Burley and black Cavendish with a smooth vanilla flavor is available to everyone, online exclusively at P&C. Try one of the most affordable pouch tobaccos on the market.
Great news! We've now received Virginia Gold Vanilla in economical 9 oz. bags as well!
This is one of the worst aromatics I've tried. The saying: "you get what you pay for" applies here LOL! Smells okay in the pouch but it has no vanilla flavor to me. Not much taste in this one. I even found some stems in it! You can do way better than this one if you want vanilla. Go with Captain Black Gold or Royal or try Mac Baren Vanilla Cream.
I did not like this tobacco as it has a hint of sourness which I did not like. I liked Newminster No. 48 Danish Gold much better.
I tried this tobacco and did not like it, it has a hint of sourness that I did not enjoy. I wish I stayed with Newminster No. 48 Danish Gold which is much smoother and milder and more enjoyable to smoke.
I was not expecting much out of this drug store blend but thought I would try it. This isn't too bad at all. It smells nice with a lot of vanilla out of the pouch. It also burns good and has a sweet vanilla flavor. There is a small amount of bite but I smoke hard, fast and a little hot. This is a good smoke considering the low cost and I might buy the large bag on down the line.
A good smooth smoke with a nice hint of vanilla just as described.. I didnt get any tounge bite either. It packs well in the pipe and burns well. I got about an hour of straight smoking time on one match and full bowl..There is a kind of light ending oder which is hard to describe like maybe a slight hint of sweaty socks ??? IDK... But this was at the very end of my smoke and wasnt enough to really complain about. I dont think any of you fellow smokers would mind it either.. Maybe your experiance with Virginia Gold will be different ?
