Warped Cigars produces some of the finest boutique blends we've come across, and their newest - Maestro del Tiempo - may well be the best of the best.
For this entry, they worked with the Casa Fernandez Aganorsa farm to develop one of the smoothest medium-bodied gems we've seen recently. Corojo and Criollo leaves have a natural sweetness, and this cigar is pack with them. Corojo '99 and Criollo '98 long-fillers make up the core, and a Jalapa Valley binder keeps them together. The finishing touch is a golden brown Corojo '99 claro wrapper. Dark, dried fruit notes are on display, backed up by creamy, sweet, nut flavors, a hint of vanilla bean and a touch of baking spices. This one deserves a place of honor in your humidor.
