Drexel is a reasonably priced line of pouch pipe tobacco with a nice variety of styles. There's a mellow aromatic, a rich English blend, and there's even a Virginia/Perique flake, all priced below what you would pay for a comparable tinned tobacco. Save on fancy packaging and you still get great tobaccos.
