Not a bad pipe stylish and smokes well the bowl is thick so it doesn't overheat. Pipe cleaners that came in the kit are a tad big and hard to push through but not a huge problem. Definitely like the Captain Black tobacco.

Pipe was a bit different than pictured but definitely an upgrade, all three of the tobaccos are pretty mild, not so much aromatic but a good set nonetheless. The pipe tool has been a lifesaver too. Nothing but good things to say

Give it a try, I said to myself. Little did I expect for the price but upon receiving my samples I have said "wow". The pipes, alone, are worth the price but in each kit, there are three samples each would be worth the price of the kit. Tobacco is mild and pleasing. As an extra, the tool is very useful and not a cheap tin piece. PLUS there is a sleeve of pipe cleaners.
At three times the price "this is a splendid bit of pleasure.

I have tried all three of the Captain Black tobaccos in the sampler. I like the White the best, the Black second, and so far, the copper third. Copper seems to have a bit of bite. May just be me. The pipe included is the same pipe I got in another sampler. Now I have 2 of the same. The pipe tool included is excellent. Nice tamper, pick, scraper, with a bottle opener also on it. All in all, very pleased.

how to survive the winter

since we have tough winters {the last snow here was in 1961} so one has to stock in a lot of tobacco for the cold and windy nights the sampler gives me a reserve pipe in case the gremlins break my other pipe. what more can I say great deals , good prices and polite and professional service. happy holidays!
