1876 Reserve Maduro

Nice smooth smoke, a fairly gentle hit. Enjoyable, and at a great price point. Maybe not the most interesting one, but good bang for your buck.

I've been out of the cigar game for a while so got these to ease me back in. Draw and burn has been consistently good on the first 3-4. And while not what I would call a smooth rich Maduro, as they are somewhat spicy wrappers (Dominican I believe) which I've always found kind of peppery, which is not my favorite. I was smoking Helix back in the day and they were much much smoother bite, and richer... but also much more expensive, obviously. These are a decent/reasonable for the price smoke, just not my cup o' tea. I'm only doing one a week because of the peppery taste. I'll likely try another species, unless I decide to stick to pipes exclusively.

First time buyer of the Key West 1876 cigars. Decent cigar for the budget minded. A bit stronger than I thought. Seems to stay lit and burns down pretty evenly. I'm no cigar expert but hard to beat for the price.

Now these are a great every day smoke with a really good price point. I’ve tried most of the value based cigars on this website and these are hands down the best. They could easily charge $6 a stick for these. They burn even, have a smooth draw and have complex flavors that you can enjoy every day. I highly recommend and will be ordering them again and again.

I mean for the price, not bad. When you start to get towards the end it gets a little fuller. I moved to another site to try their "alternative" house blends to see how they compare to the real deal.

WOW- I was surprised for sure, at $2 a stick these are pretty good. I will be buying these again for an everyday smoke.

For me, the 1876 Reserve Maduro is a great everyday stick. It has good flavor, and every one I've smoked so far has had a good draw and even burn. I'm partial to Maduro cigars, and this one doesn't disappoint. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Better than cheap cigars, but not as good as special cigars!

This is a good cigar, and it is probably very good. It lights well. Good drag. Nice ash. And, good flavor. I don’t know anything about nuts in cigars, and I don’t know what nutmeg tastes like. I do know what a good cigar is, and this one is a good cigar.

These do well when in a humidor for a month or more,, I have two humidors that can hold 50 digars each and the longer these sit the more I enjoy them.

Very nicely made, feels more expensive than it is. Had two packed too tight, but otherwise quite consistent. Might buy another shipment. The flavor was mild but there. pleasant aftertaste. Might buy a second batch for variety for dailys.

These cigars are shorter than I like and some of them don't burn all that well. They taste good but I'm going to stick with the ones I like. I'd like these better if they were longer.

Cheap way to fill the humidor and as a back up. A rough smoke but not entirely bad

pro: This is a very tasty, medium strength maduro cigar. Comes individually wrapped with individual rings on each stick. Smokes fairly slow, has a nice ash and smokes all the way down with good flavor. Not too mild, not too strong. I do not prefer strong cigars so I really like this one. It is affordable, the order arrived on time and the cigars are fresh. A few of the cigars were rolled a bit too loose, and a few had loose tobacco as a wrapped and started to flake off. But still a good value and still a good smoke. All the little imperfections don't bother me - the all around cigar is worth the money.

From start to finish this is one of my favorites. Punches well, relaxed draw, burns well, finishes with great flavor and the price is hard to argue with. I think if I ever give a 5 it's going to be after choosing from my 4's but this one is close.

I honestly was shocked.. I am fairly new to this game but after trying several differant cigar samplers, this is truly my favorite cigar.. Very nice burn, I like the torpedo because of the choice in cut.. My new shirt pocket cigar!!!

I have only purchased one bundle of these, but I'm getting more before somebody raises the price. I've never found such mildness in a maduro before. They burn evenly, and they taste great. I may have found a new daily cigar here.

Good flavor on the first few puffs, but then winds down in a stale flavor I didn't appreciate. The bind was not tight (poor wrapper?) and the burn was messy.
