Backwoods cigars were introduced nationally in 1981 and were an overnight success. Their unique structure and look -"WILD & COOL" as it was called, with a frayed end, tapered body and unfinished head, had great appeal to cigar smokers.

It would get 5 stars from me if there was not one that didn’t draw occasionally. That is frustrating. Their quality control should be better. Usually I can find the spot and cut the cigar there and then get proper draw. Other than that it has best flavor, and aftertaste is great!!

The flavor of these is nice and mild, keeps me coming back for more. When smoking these in public I've had compliments and questions about the aroma, "is that cherry?" I don't know, it's something fruity or floral. The only reason I gave these four stars is that some of them are easy to draw on, and some others are wrapped so tight they are difficult to draw on. They are what they say they are, hand rolled from all natural tobacco.

I don't normally smoke cigars, but when I do its probably going to be this one. They're covenant because they come in a carriable pack so they are easy to take along. You can use the packs to store other cigars. They almost taste better to chew on than they do to smoke, and they aren't over powered and most people will put up with the smoke.

I like that these are a bit sweeter than regular Backwoods sweet aromatic. Like Backwoods Honey but with a little bit of a bourbon flavor. Just a good cheap sweet smoke.

I buy these from gas stations around here as a quick fix. The flavor isn't bad, but I don't like the draw. Too tight for my taste. They smell good, I will give them that. They're relatively inexpensive too.

I don't smoke these but my father does. I told him about P&C because he was having trouble with his orders from another cigar retailer. The problem was with poorly transported product where boxes were crushed and so were the cigars. I have NOT had any problems with P&C and we have been ordering from them ever since.

i really enjoy the aroma and presentation of these little cheroots. they are available everywhere, which is good. I do understand that these are rolled rough and meant to look "rugged". that is to their advantage and disadvantage. I personally think they look great! where they lacked for me was the burn (very uneven) and the draw (hard pull). Were they tasty though? Yup! buy em again? Yup! the honey berry get good reviews so i might try them next. There is a reason Backwoods sell so well.

These! Honey Berry Backwoods will forever be my go-to. When I saw the website had these I was ecstatic, my favorite lil cigars. Perfect sweetness and delightful aftertaste on your lips. If you like sweet cigars and haven't tried these you are missing out, they are worth every penny and then some.
