These Italian-made briars are designed with people who love the outdoors in mind. The bowls are rusticated with a "Corallo" carving, which, when combined with the chestnut stain and the dark accents, simulates the appearance of a pinecone. Add in a Hunter Green stem with black streaks, and a bright metal ferrule, and you have a ruggedly handsome pipe that is perfect for enjoying around the campfire at night. The Cascadia Ponderosa pipes are just a bit shorter than average, making them easier to clench and stash away in a jacket pocket. The tenons on the stems are made of Delrin, a self-lubricating material similar to nylon, that's strong, resists breakage, and makes taking your pipe apart and reassembling a breeze.
