I have to wonder if Jonathan Drew and his crew ever sleep because there's always something new coming out of their Esteli, Nicaragua factory. This entry is actually a full production of a limited release from 2014, and we're glad to bring you Drew Estate Undercrown Maduro Dojo Dogma.
A while back, Drew Estate did a limited run of a cigar in the Undercrown Maduro line. They went so fast, and so many people pleaded for more, that this short-run is now back and available to everyone. The Drew Estate Undercrown Maduro Dojo Dogma comes in one shape- a 6" x 56 box-pressed vitola that's surprisingly comfortable. But they didn't stop with a special shape - they amped-up the blend too. It's graced by the same San Andres Maduro wrapper as the regular and comes with a Connecticut-grown stalk-cut Habano binder. A collection of Nicaraguan and Brazilian Mata Fina long-fillers complete the package, delivering a full-bodied flavor profile with notes of espresso, cocoa, wood, toast, baking spices, and a smooth, creamy finish. Pick up a pack for those times when you can put your feet up, grab a nice libation, and kick back.
