Charcoal Grilled Steak with a Wildflower Honey Marinade...

May be a 5 star in the future. After one bowl it was instantly apparent that other reviews were right on the money. This needs to be smoked slowly and thought upon a bit. It has an instant charcoal grilled red meat taste. Almost funny how up front that tasting note is. But beyond that it was more complex than even I might be able to grasp. A hint of sweetness(which I wouldn't mind a little more of). What I would add as a Wildflower Honey marinade for the grilled meat. All very well buried below the earthy, maybe herbal, smokiness. Also, don't think you are beyond the Nicotine reach of this tough guy. It creeps up fast and furious.
