Closest I’ve had to the retired classic. And I’ve had them all! *All the Frog Morton copies.

A satisfying blend with a top note/aftertaste that leaves me wanting more.

One of my favourites! I go to this one when all others don't quite come up to snuff!

Classic stuff with the mellow yet slightly spicy aroma you’d expect.

Fast becoming my favorite tobacco. Smokes cool and dry with deep flavor. Burns to white ash. Like a really good red wine, it leaves no aftertaste the next day.

I'll keep this review short and sweet. I have been smoking this tobacco for some time now, and if you like Balkan style blends you will like this. I am primarily a Perique guy, but enjoy this as an occasional departure. It is not for wimps in that it can be a bit assertive, but it is by no means so bold as to be unsmokeable (nope, that word is not in most dictionaries). Don't be afraid to give it a try.

Long ago I tasted a Tobbacco with a strong oriental note that was very different then most oriental note tobacco's. This one I could hardly define it and it had a little bite in the ending lingering flavors. The aroma is wonderful and the other notes were what I like. I am looking for a smooth smoke with a Strong smokey flavor. Like burning fire in the woods. With this smokey flavor I am looking for will be a very different kind of oriental note and it will be fairly strong in flavor and no bite to the smoke.

A FORETASTE OF PARADISE

Simply put...a wonderful and surprising "10 star" Balkan! A real sleeper that took me by surprise. I now buy it in the half-pound cans. Wonderful job Mr Pease!!! Big pipe, loosely packed, charring light, tamp,and re-light. Houston...we have lift-off!!!
