Mac Baren’s 7 Seas Black is a toasted Cavendish, but unlike most American versions, Virginia is used as the base tobacco, which gives it more natural sweetness than the Burley-based types. Dark fruit and cream notes make this a winner across the board. Make sure you add Mac Baren's 7 Seas to your daily line up with your favorite briar.
This blend had no flavor at all to it but charred smoke. It had quite a bit of bite and took many relights. I will be going back to lane bca.
As a newbie take this with a grain of salt, but I was just not impressed with this blend. I bought this along with Peter St. No. 47 Dansk Black, Sutliff Vanilla Custard, Cult Blood Red Moon & CAO Eileens Dream (and I like them in that order with this blend my least favorite). This blend just seemed to have no flavor at all to it but charred smoke. It had quite a bit of bite and took many relights. Blah!
Good body and easy to light. However there seams to be a very cheap and wet chemical taste that comes out.
I smoke this in my Peterson Dracula and have always liked it. The tin note is a sweet dark chocolate with a hint of fruit. The taste is similar to dark chocolate but with a warm buttery hint. Its almost like Ole Shenendoah to me.
I am a huge aromatics fan, it's mostly what I smoke. I especially love the dark aromatics so this one does not disappoint! Great aroma! It smokes nice and smooth with no tongue bite! Now one of my favorites!
P&C cash is exactly that. Cash you get to spend the way you want. Pipes, tobacco, tools - you name it and you can use it towards your purchase.
