I was looking for a
I was looking for a church warden but have not settled on one yet. Since I didn’t have a cob in my collection I thought why not. I love this pipe! Great draw, cool smoke and a nice sized bowl . It pairs nicely with Autumn evening. Enjoy!

Really Good Pipe
This pipe is long, but also light-weight and clenchable. Easy to clean as well. The only unpleasant part is the initial charring of the hardwood bit at the bottom of the bowl, resulting in an unpleasant flavor the first couple smokes. Other than that, this is a really good pipe.

Ring of the Lords!
Stem was a bit loose when i got it. filled in nicely after a couple of smokes. Fits my hobbit lifestyle quite well. it's short enough to not be unwieldy and it sits.

MO Meerschauam makes excellent pipes.
MO Meerschauam makes excellent pipes. I bought the Dwarf for a friend who doesn't do much pipe smoking so I could introduce him to Blood Red Moon tobacco. BRM IMO is the best tobacco made. I've done a lot of sampling and it's the ONE.

Great size, cool smoke! Can't beat it for the price!
Great little smoker, had to clean out the stem as it was stopped up upon arrival. Fast delivery, as expected! Cool smoke with a "just the right size" bowl for a quick smoke after grilling. Smokes cool, packs ok. Will be buying another.

A really fun smoke. Light
A really fun smoke. Light weight and easy to light and keep lit. The length is just right for a man with a big beard. It held the flavors of my aromatics well.

Well made and perfect dimensions
Well made and perfect dimensions for a quick but excellent smoke. Light weight and comfortable bend make it at home clenched in the teeth or the hand. I refuse to be without one on my rack or in my roll, will order another.

Great pipe but it's changed.
I purchased a dwarf cobbit about a year ago and it's by far my favorite cob. I love the extra stem length to cool harsher tobaccos like Virginias and Perique blends, and the bowl size is just right. Small enough for a quick smoke, but wide enough to pack properly unlike other smaller pipes like the short stop. I purchased two more only to find that the bowl on these is now larger. It's still a decent cob, but that little difference in bowl size changed things, and now I'm searching for another pipe with that perfect goldilocks size.

Great little pipe. The stem
Great little pipe. The stem length is proportional to the bowl size. The bowl itself is a small apple shape and is just right for a short smoke. Unfiltered.

Love the Dwarf Cobbit
Love the Dwarf Cobbit! Very loose stem when it arrived, I thought about sending it back. So glad I didn't! All that was needed was a little soaking of the shank. Smokes cool and easy to light. If you're thinking about a corncob pipe, you should try one. Beware, though, you may find yourself reaching for a corncob pipe more than a briar.

Amazing
I got this pipe back in June and it has become one of my favorites... I usually don't clench this one as it's a little long, but can.. It smokes a little cooler and very smooth.. The flavor through this pipe once you get the breath technique down is unbeatable... Will have to try some of the others in the series when they get back in stock...

I thoroughly enjoy this pipe! Put in some afternoon delight in it and it's beautiful! Just make sure to clean it WELL.

Fit for a Hobbit
I bought this and a Tattoo at the same time as my first pipes and it arrived a few days ago with my first pipe tobacco: Peterson Nightcap and Early Morning. While I was disappointed with Nightcap, I have been smoking Early Morning Pipe a few times a day out of this pipe and loving every second. I prefer it to the Tattoo because it is easier to clench, has a larger bowl, and has never gone out despite me being a newbie. It took me about 30 seconds to figure out how to clench it in my teeth and to draw smoke back and forth through it. The long stem ensures that smoke doesn't get in my eyes or nose and that I'm clear of any stray embers in the wind. I have learned how to pack it in different ways to get between 10 and 20 minutes out of each bowl. It has made a pipe smoker out of me and I currently await a big box of various tobaccos including Aromatics and a new Nording Eriksen pipe but this Cobbit Dwarf will definitely see some more action as I try new blends. When I get a chance, I'll have to get the other Cobbit pipes as well as some well-made hardwood replicas, as I am a huge Tolkien fan.

Nice but smallish
I enjoy this pipe, and it’s very pretty. Bowl is smaller than I’d hoped.

Great cob for the price.
Just got it in the mail, first bowl of the day with my morning coffee. Great length, didn't singe my beard getting it lit, smoked cool, bowl is a good size for me, I smoke slow. Not too heavy, I can still clench it. Ive had alot of cobs in the past 20 years. Prolly gonna be my new favorite. Thanks P&C for quick shipping and great, selection.

A lovely little Semi-Church Warden
The bowl on this Semi-Church Warden is the same size as their Morgan Pipe. It is the smallest of their "Cobbit" series of Corn Cob Semi Chur pipes. The bowl has been finished smooth with a dark stain. It is a lovely little pipe and well worth having.

cobbits = excellent
I have several of each model of the Cobbits, Dwarf, Shire and Elf, all of them are sweet. I like the length, its easier for me to see to light it and keeps the smoke out of my eyes. (I am 70 yrs old) I have around 60 pipes and the Cobbits get smoked the most. I like the dwarf bowl particularly well. It gives me an excellent length smoke with no waste. Overall my favorite pipe is the dwarf with the shire and elf right behind it. One note. I had to clear the stems on several of these with a small drill bit when I first got them. The most recent ones were okay as received but it may be necessary to open the stem up on some. No big deal and did it with my fingers. Wish these had been available decades ago. Would have saved me a fortune in pipe buying!! HIGHLY recommended. Nice Pipes !!!

MO Meerschaum Dwarf Hobbit pipe.
It is a really nice pipe. It makes the tobacco taste sweeter. Good value too.

Loooove this thing!
This was my first cob. Smoked so easily and nicely. I like the smaller bowl for a quick (but not too quick) smoke. Its also a nice fit at the end of the long stem and snuggly in my palm. The bit feels sturdy and comfortable. I am just so impressed at how cool and fun this is to smoke. I love cobs now!

Great "long" pipe but not perfect
This was my first experience with cob pipes. I love the look and feel of this pipe and it's small enough for a relatively short smoke break. My only gripe is that the shaft doesn't go all the way into the bowl like on some of my other MM pipes making it impossible to smoke all the way down. Overall, still one pipe I enjoy and don't regret getting.

Fantastic semi-churchwarden
This is a pretty nice little pipe. The finish on mine isn't quite as smooth as I had hoped, but its a very minor complaint. Being from MO Meerschaum it's still pretty affordable as pipes go, so thats already a good place to start. It's semi-churchwarden design leaves you with a fairly cool smoke, but it's not much longer than your average corncob, so don't expect anything too out of the ordinary. It's light enough to clench, though I wouldn't recommend it, because unlike their standard bits, the cobbit bits aren't purchasable by themselves as far as I'm aware, so the instant you need a new bit you'll find you need a new pipe instead. The bowl is a good medium size, a bit stout. It's great if you like the style. On its own its a great pipe, but frankly I would probably go for a longer model like the wizard if I really wanted something closer to a true churchwarden. Again however, this is a great pipe, so it's all up to personal preference.

Try another brand
The vulcanite tenon of this pipe is so far off center it barely aligns with the shank. It smokes OK, but it really shows a lack of quality control. I love the smoothness of a corn cob pipe, but will try another brand. Corn cob pipes are cheap to buy, but equally cheap to make. They should at least have some sense of quality for what they are.

Best of both worlds
Great pipe for the price! I usually smoke churchwarden pipes or corncobs, this is definitely the best of both worlds.

Excellent Seasonal Pipe
As a total novice - this has become my go to Pipe (particularly for the Spring and Summer months). It has a great length and lightweight - classy look. The bowl smokes beautifully. The top and brim have taken a beautiful dark, used color. I am still trying not to over smoke during a sitting as the Pipe get hot to handle. a reminder to all newbies like me - it is perfectly okay to re-light the bowl during a smoke. The experience should be enjoyed slowly. This Pipe delivers 100%. Try to maintain the interior of the stem clean after every smoke.

Nice little cob churchwarden
Great little Apple shaped cob bowl love the churchwarden look. This is my quick smoke cob. Smokes nice and cool. If you're lucky to own one you know what I mean. If you can get on do so you won't regret it.

Dwarf cob giant satisfaction!
Lucky to have one this is now in my daily rotation of pipes. It is great when I don't have a lot of time to smoke. But this church warden is great to have in your collection. Great cob to have.

Great Pipe
A really good Cob, right from the 1st smoke it's performed great. I have over 50 pipes and this one finds it's way into my hand weekly. No complaints, I think it is the best line MM has ever come up with.

Missouri Meerschaum Cobbit Dwarf
This was my first pipe and I was a little concerned about the aesthetics of a corn cob, and of a churchwarden style. However, I liked the price, comments, and the idea of a cool smoke given the material and style. The Missouri Meerschaum Cobbit Dwarf is more attractive than the photos in my opinion. It has a smooth outer surface and mine was a little darker than the photos. I think the pipe would have been a little more distinctive looking had the hardwood shank been stained a darker shade. I smoke infrequently and for short amounts of time, so the small bowl is perfect. In fact, I sometimes only half fill it and get a good 10 minute smoke. The Dwarf is small enough that the churchwarden aspect is more subtle than a full-size version. I will admit that I pulled the shank right out of the bowl while attempting to remove the mouthpiece. That was foolish on my part given that a cob can't be expected to be very strong structurally. I repaired it easily with a bit of wood glue and there has been no change in flavor or function. This pipe does indeed provide a cool sweet smoking experience. I have been sampling the aromatics and have not experienced any gurgling or burn. It's easy to clean and I will buy another when I wear this one out.

Pipe purchase
I recently purchased a cobbit dwarf pipe and a tin of dunhill early morning pipe tobacco. Very pleased with my purchase, the churchwarden Cobb smokes very cool with no bite.

Great little pipe.
It only 2 smokes to break in and is a delight for a short smoke. I've tried Burley, Cavendish and Light English blends and all went well in it.

Excellent short bowl pipe
This is a great pipe for a quick smoke or to try a new blend. The bowl is smaller and allows you to enjoy a good taste of the leaf when you might not have time for a longer smoke.
