Savinelli Siena Pipes

Almost broke in.....smokes a little hot now, BUT, this is my second 111KS so I know what is coming!

Very good pipe with a solid and clean piece of briar.

See my review of the other Savinelli pipe. This one is a little smaller than I expected, hence the lower rating. But all that I said about the last, applies to this one as well. Feels good, smokes great, and the filtration system works!

One of my favorites, this style is a pleasure to smoke and big enough for a long satisfying session

I already had three of this model, so, clearly, I think the world of it. If I wanted a pipe to smoke while being active, this would be too heavy. But for smoking while sitting at the computer or just smoking, it is great! It's big enough that it provides a long smoke. It also looks great.

The Savinelli is ok but not as good as it used to be. Looks nice but smokes a little hot. I also ordered a Peterson at the same time and it is a 2. Smokes fair but not the model I ordered. Looks fairly homely. Again smokes good enough so I didn't raise any ruckus with you

Simply an outstanding pipe: it makes any tobacco put into it a rich, self-indulgent experience to smoke. My only concern with it is that it smokes hot after a short time. Nevertheless, this minor lapse should not deter one from purchasing the pipe. Besides, its price and appearance make it all the more compelling.

The purchase of this pipe and another Savinelli Siena pipe was one of the best decisions I ever made. Load this pipe up with a fine pipe tobacco and one is lifted high above the problems in the world and into the stratosphere of a rich, elegant smoking experience. I could not be happier!

Great hand feel, smokes great, good looking pipe...Savinelli are some of my husband's favorites!

I have two Savinelli Siena pipes of this model in my collection. Both smoke sweet and bring out the flavor of tobacco. Both are made from quality briar and have excellent worksmanship. Yet each is unique in its own way. They go well in my rotation because they smoke differently and have slightly different draws and burn rates. They are my favorite of my lineup which includes Savinellis and Petersons. I smoke most of my pipes without filters because I prefer an unrestricted air flow. It affects the burn rate. I think you will like this pipe if you like a sweet cool smoke. Go for it.

These are my favorite pipes....nice big bowl, shorter stem and always beautiful. Great smokers!

Smokes well, but you expect that from Savinelli. Unable to obtain replacement filter elements. Substitute paper filters don't smoke the same.

I have three of these. I liked the first one, so I bought another. I liked that one, too, so I bought a third.

Wonderful pipe - I have two and am trying for three

The pip is excellent.

Good briar. Very nice grain and finish. Light weight but sturdy. Smokes cool; not hot in your hand. Medium large bowl with more capacity. I experienced a short break in period. This is a filter pipe; takes 9mm filters. I like filter pipes but not filters. I smoke them without filters. The empty filter chamber I think improves air flow and enhances burn rate. Flavor seems to come through better with this pipe than with others in my collection. It smokes well and dry. One of my favorites.

This is an esthetically pleasing, pipe. Light for its size and smokes great.

Pipe is small and light, but bowl is nice size, would recommend to anyone looking for 30 to 45 minute smoke

Like all Savinelli pipes that I've had the pleasure of smoking, this is NO exception! Smooth smoking, large bowl........delivers everything I love in pipe smoking!
