Bayou Morning sets the pace with a Virginia/Perique ribbon cut that balances lively Red Virginia tang with the peppery kick of Perique. It offers body without heaviness, delivering a spirited, well‑rounded profile that showcases Perique’s bold character. Its counterpart, Kajun Kake, leans into similar flavors through a different form: a crumble cake of Red Virginias and Perique, where dark fruit tones, spice, and a hint of plum intertwine. The stoved and pressed leaf results in a rounding of edges, deepening the flavor while keeping the smoke smooth and satisfying.
