Astley's No. 2 Mixture

Going back a ways, Virginia/Perique blends tended to just use Perique as a condiment. Today's VaPers tend to be much heavier in the Louisiana tobacco. If you're a fan of the more subtle blends where the Virginias are in the forefront, you'll love Astley's No. 2 Mixture. This classic blend is a mixture of rich, toasty red Virginias, and tangy-sweet bright flue-cured tobacco with just enough Perique to be noticeable, but not enough to dominate. For those who prefer their VaPers to be a bit more subtle, Astley's No. 2 Mixture is sure to please.
