Newminster No. 201 Straight Black is a straight black Cavendish of the traditional Danish style. Whereas American black Cavendish is usually made from sugared Burleys, Danish black is usually made of yellow Virginias that are steamed until dark. Straight Black is finished with a smooth vanilla note for mellow flavor and great aroma.
