Back in P&C's early days when weighing out bulk aromatic tobaccos, we would find an ounce here and there at the bottom of bags and we would collect them and sell them as Best of the Rest at a very reasonable price. It became so popular that we started buying closeout and overstock blends to meet the demand. Finally, a couple of years ago, we added Best of the Rest English. If you want to enjoy and save at the same time, Best of the Rest is a great choice.
