Full Balkan Reserve was made by McClelland for the Conclave of Richmond Pipe Smokers. The blend is made of a good share of Cyprian Latakia which is enriched by fragrant Macedonian Orientals and tangy-sweet matured Virginias.
A mild tobacco. Curious half empty tin.
Mistake in my last review. This is a strong latakia tobacco and the tin was full to the top.
